Eyeliner Pen Solution Experience
Jascopack is a manufacturer focused on cosmetic packaging, with two factories totaling 30,000 square meters. The factories hold SEDEX audit reports and ISO quality certification. For eyeliner pen products, we provide REACH, MSDS, COA, FDA, and SVHC reports that meet EU and global standards.
Each cosmetic pen structure undergoes 100 percent airtight testing. The applicators are designed with micro holes and roller ball structures for formulas with different viscosities, achieving leak prevention and oxidation resistance.

The tips are divided into T and P types. The T type is leak-proof, while the P type is not leak-proof.

Eyeliner Pen Surface Finishing
Because the surface finish is applied to the material, Jascopack cosmetic pens are made of plastic or aluminum.
Plastic options include clear plastic, injection-colored plastic, full-color coating, gradient coating, and electroplating.
Aluminum options include anodizing, coating, rhinestone setting, brushing, and sandblasting.
Eyeliner Pen Color Customization
For stock colors, plastic pens are available in clear, black, and white. Aluminum parts are available in gold and silver.
For custom colors, we work based on Pantone color codes to avoid visual differences from equipment. We also keep approved samples. Whether it is the first production or a repeat order, production follows the confirmed sample to minimize quality inconsistency.
Eyeliner Pen Logo Customization
All products made in our factory are produced without logos, so you can choose whether to add printing. Orders without logo printing have a shorter lead time. If printing is required, the lead time will be extended by 7 to 15 days, depending on the printing method.

The above are the most commonly used and recommended methods. There are also more premium options such as hot stamping in gold, hot stamping in silver, and heat transfer printing.
Eyeliner Pen Quality Test
We conduct visual inspections before shipping to check the pen body, cap, and brush head for scratches. For printed products, we check whether the logo has fallen off. For aluminium pens, we check whether the surface oxidation is intact or has defects. For spray-painted pens, we check whether the spray paint is evenly applied. All visual inspections are conducted to ensure that our customers receive perfect products.
To ensure that our customers’ pens do not leak during filling and use, we conduct vacuum tests. We simulate the concentration or density of our customers’ liquids and conduct vacuum tests to ensure that the results are as close as possible to our customers’ liquids, thereby guaranteeing 100% that our pens are leak-proof and have passed our vacuum tests.
We can customise the colour of the plastic on the brush, but the brush itself cannot be customised.
The pen body and cap are arranged on a corrugated board, and the brush head is packaged in a separate self-sealing bag.
