2 Filling Methods
Jascopack’s portable refillable perfume bottles can be filled in two ways. One is the conventional filling from the mouth of the perfume bottle, which is completed through tools such as funnels, syringes, and droppers. The other is the recently popular bottom filling perfume bottle. There is no need to open the perfume bottle or use any other tools. Just align the bottom of the perfume bottle with the spray pump of the refill bottle and press it multiple times to refill the perfume.

The sealing of a screw perfume bottle mainly depends on the bottle mouth. We need to check the adaptability of the nozzle and the bottle mouth screw thread, then fill it with alcohol, tighten it, place it in a vacuum drying oven, and set the vacuum degree according to the specified value. If there is no leakage at the bottle mouth after a fixed time, it is a qualified product.
First, we will confirm that the printed content is correct, and then we will check whether there are any defects in the printing, such as adhesion, scratches, bubbles, blur, etc. If it is ink printing, we will also test the adhesion. This process will be tested by 3M tape to ensure the durability of the printed content.
