The pump body must have no obvious missing glue or cracks. The pump body spring must have no rust, yellowing, or deformation issues.
The general test involves filling a bottle with perfume and alcohol, attaching the spray nozzle, and placing it in a vacuum testing instrument. The vacuum pressure is set to 0.04 kPa, and after reaching this pressure, it is maintained for 5 minutes. If there is no leakage at the bottle connection point, it is considered qualified.
