Jascopack perfume bottles can pass the “48-hour inverted leakage test” and the “50℃ high-temperature sealing test”. After being inverted for 48 hours, there is no liquid residue on the contact surface. After being left to stand in a high-temperature environment for 72 hours, the perfume components did not oxidize or deteriorate, further confirming its sealing reliability.
Jascopack’s dedicated quality inspection department randomly selects 500 samples from each batch to test the sealing performance (leakage rate ≤0.1% after 24 hours of inversion), bottle size (height error ≤0.2mm), and weight deviation (within ±0.5g). In the continuous 10 batches of test data, the maximum fluctuation value of each indicator does not exceed 0.05%.
Each perfume spray bottle is first independently packaged in an OPP bag to prevent dust and moisture. Then, they are neatly stacked on foam trays to avoid mutual collision. After that, they are uniformly placed in plastic bags for secondary protection. Finally, they are packed as a whole into cartons. Even after long-distance logistics and multi-link transfer, it can minimize problems such as bottle scratches, nozzle damage or leakage to the greatest extent, ensuring the product is delivered in good condition.
