Eyeliner Pen Solution Experience
Jascopack is a manufacturer focused on cosmetic packaging, with two factories totaling 30,000 square meters. Jascopack also supplies liquid pen packaging for cosmetic applications. The factories hold SEDEX audit reports and ISO quality certifications. For eyeliner pen products, we provide REACH, MSDS, COA, FDA, and SVHC reports that meet EU and global standards.
Each cosmetic pen structure undergoes 100 percent airtight testing. The applicators are designed with micro holes and roller ball structures for formulas with different viscosities, achieving leak prevention and oxidation resistance. For new partner brands, we provide free samples for quality testing and formula compatibility testing.

Eyeliner Pen Surface Finishes
Jascopack eyeliner pens are available in plastic and aluminum, with different surface finishing options for each material.
Plastic options include clear plastic, injection-colored plastic, full-color coating, gradient coating, and electroplating.
Aluminum options include anodizing, coating, rhinestone setting, brushing, and sandblasting.

Eyeliner Pen Customized Packaging
We offer paper boxes, plastic boxes, velvet pouches, and bubble bags. Packaging size can be customized based on the empty eyeliner pen size or the quantity inside, and the surface can be customized with color and logo.
When you customize accessory packaging with Jascopack, we can control details such as size, layout, and color differences to keep the brand visuals consistent.
Eyeliner Pen MOQ
Logo and pen body color can both be customized. You only need to provide the Pantone color code and approve the sample before production.
MOQ can be adjusted flexibly — as a manufacturer, we can control the minimum order, but small orders have higher unit costs. The more you order, the lower the price per unit.

Lead Time for Eyeliner Pens
The lead time for Jascopack eyeliner pens is calculated in business days and is subject to order quantity, customization requirements, and production schedules.
In-stock transparent color: No logo; lead time is approximately 2–5 days.
Custom transparent color with logo: Depending on the printing process, lead time is approximately 20–30 days.
Custom colors: Lead time is typically 30 days or more.
Eyeliner Pen Quality Test
We conduct visual inspections before shipment to check the pen body, cap, and tip for scratches. For products bearing logos, we verify that the logos have not peeled off. For aluminum pens, we inspect the surface oxide layer to ensure it is intact and free of defects. All visual inspections are designed to ensure that customers receive products in perfect condition.
To ensure that customers’ pens do not leak during filling and use, we conduct vacuum testing. We simulate the concentration or density of the liquid the customer will use and perform vacuum tests to ensure the results are as close as possible to the actual liquid the customer will use, thereby ensuring consistent leak-proof performance through vacuum simulation testing.
The gel eyeliner pen tip needs to be fine or pointed for precise lines, especially for the outer corner of the eye. Also, the tip should be easy to use for applying color.
Today’s eyeliner formulas are sweat-proof and long-lasting, so compliant materials must be used for the container to prevent chemical changes in the formula.
While a smaller capacity may reduce cost, it results in a pen that is too thin or too short, making it uncomfortable to hold and not long-lasting.
Our eyeliner pen packaging can be customized to meet your various needs and is suitable for a wide range of eye and eyebrow makeup products, including eyebrow pencils for creating natural-looking eyebrow lines, eyeliner corrector pencils for refining the edges of eye makeup, and eyeliner stamp pens for achieving a crisp, defined line.
For waterproof eyeliner pen projects, we recommend testing the compatibility of the liquid formula with the eyeliner pen packaging before mass production.

Eyeliner pen packaging boxes or bags protect the product from dust, but more importantly, they enhance brand influence.
When promoting a product initially, pairing the refillable eyeliner pen with color-coordinated packaging and adding texture details to the logo and materials creates a beautiful and unique design that attracts attention.
For packaging boxes with inner linings, adding easy access features or gift designs can improve the user experience, which positively impacts consumer purchasing decisions.
Texture Difference

Cosmetic gel pens are typically filled with thick, paste-like or semi-solid liquids, requiring larger brush tip holes. This makes controlling the liquid flow more challenging.
Liquid eyeliner pens are filled with more fluid, water-like liquids, and their brush tip holes are smaller, with a focus on leak-proofing and air-tightness.
Tip Type
Brush heads are modified based on the liquid texture:

For gel, brush heads made of materials such as bristles, soft rubber, or zinc alloy make application easier.

For liquids, a roll-on ball structure is used to prevent leakage, and the materials are typically plastic or fiber.
Overall, to produce a precision eyeliner pen, the viscosity, brush structure, tip design, and leak-proof requirements of gel and liquid eyeliner pens are different.
Aluminum Eyeliner Pen
Aluminum has a more premium appearance than plastic, so in terms of touch and visual effect, it may feel higher in quality.
The aluminum color is created by chemical dyeing that penetrates the surface, so the color does not fade over time.
In terms of color options, weight, and production cost, it is higher than plastic, and the production time is longer.
Plastic Eyeliner Pen
Plastic is lighter. Most products on the market use plastic, so its market presence is strong.
Plastic colors include injection molding color, spray coating, and electroplating. Although there are many color options, long term oxidation may cause yellowing or discoloration.
Plastic has a very fast production cycle and low cost. It has strong advantages for new brands, companies that need fast restocking, and businesses focused on cost control.
Aluminum and plastic each have different advantages and disadvantages. The choice depends on actual needs. If you are unsure, you can discuss with the Jascopack team.
Jascopack offers both disposable eyeliner pens and refillable eyeliner pens.
Disposable Eyeliner Pen
The internal structure pushes the liquid to the tip by twisting or clicking. This mechanism is not reversible. Otherwise, air may enter and cause leakage.
Refillable Eyeliner Pen
After the liquid is used up, remove the brush tip and use a tool to push the dispensing structure back to the bottom. After refilling, the sealing performance of the refillable eyeliner pen does not change.
Shelf life after filling depends on formula and sealing performance of the eyeliner pen packaging. Once opened, an eyeliner pen typically lasts 3-6 months. Before opening or during non-use, factors like oxidation, light exposure, and dust contact can affect the formula. How can these be solved?
Oxidation
The most critical issue is when the pen cap is loose or the brush leaks. These problems are due to poor sealing. A well-sealed waterproof eyeliner pen blocks air contact to prevent oxidation.
Light Exposure
Aluminum or injection-molded color cosmetic pens can block light and UV rays. However, for transparent plastic pens, surface treatments such as spray painting or electroplating should be applied to create a barrier.
Dust
Handling or touching the pen with your hand or skin can cause contamination, leading to bacteria or dust in the product. A good air-tight structure inside the pen, or special beads that seal the liquid, prevents any contact with the formula.
An empty eyeliner pen must protect the formula well to ensure safety and quality.
