Eyeliner Pen MOQ
For plastic pens, transparent is the most common colour, and there are no minimum order quantity (MOQ) restrictions. You can order any quantity. For aluminium pens, our standard colours are gold and silver, and small quantities are also available.
For custom colours, our minimum order quantity is 5,000 to 10,000 units. Any colour can be customised; you simply need to provide the Pantone colour code, and we can produce it. However, our minimum order quantity is flexible. As a factory, we can control the minimum order quantity, but for small quantities, the price will be higher, and the more units you order, the lower the price will be.

Our eyeliner pens are mainly divided into plastic and aluminium types, which are the most conventional. All our pens are made from recyclable materials. Since many customers choose our pens for teeth whitening, our pens have also passed food-grade testing. For the tips, there are many different materials to choose from, including plastic, silicone, and sponge. For different liquids, our professional team will recommend the most suitable tips for you.

Eyeliner Pen Customized Packaging
For eyeliner pens, most of our customers choose small paper boxes. We can customise different sizes to accommodate pens of different sizes, but some customers also customise larger sizes to hold different quantities of pens.
We can also provide and customise acrylic packaging, which allows the pens to be arranged neatly and effectively showcase the products to their customers.
Eyeliner Pen Quality Test
We conduct visual inspections before shipping to check the pen body, cap, and brush head for scratches. For printed products, we check whether the logo has fallen off. For aluminium pens, we check whether the surface oxidation is intact or has defects. For spray-painted pens, we check whether the spray paint is evenly applied. All visual inspections are conducted to ensure that our customers receive perfect products.
To ensure that our customers’ pens do not leak during filling and use, we conduct vacuum tests. We simulate the concentration or density of our customers’ liquids and conduct vacuum tests to ensure that the results are as close as possible to our customers’ liquids, thereby guaranteeing 100% that our pens are leak-proof and have passed our vacuum tests.
We can customise the colour of the plastic on the brush, but the brush itself cannot be customised.
The pen body and cap are arranged on a corrugated board, and the brush head is packaged in a separate self-sealing bag.
