The material of leather makes it impossible to laser directly on top of the leather, so you can choose to laser on the lid.
Like a laser, you can silkscreen on the lid of the perfume bottle, silkscreen can choose 1-2 colors, need to provide Pantone color number.
Stamping is divided into gold and silver hot stamping, the logo can present a metallic luster, especially in dark leather more conspicuous.

Quality control is one of Jascopack’s strict requirements, and is also an important indicator of the final sale of the product, we have a strict control of each link. I will focus on two aspects below.
Perfume bottle liners are often glass bottle liners, so checking the quality of the glass becomes an indispensable part of the process. Possible problems with the glass: scratches, breakage, sticky oil. In the face of scratches or broken glass bottles, we will choose to use new glass bottles instead, and in the face of sticky oil glass bottles, we will use liquid with a cloth to wipe clean, to ensure that it passes the test.
The purpose of the vacuum test is to ensure that the cap and bottle fit snugly to prevent the perfume from evaporating and affecting the odor and composition. We manufacture and test in strict accordance with ISO industry standards. Put the perfume bottle into the test chamber, apply positive pressure to the bottle, and insist whether there are air bubbles generated, no air bubbles then the seal is qualified.
