Unique Perfume Bottle Quality Test
Jascopack is very strict about the quality of perfume bottles, and will carry out multi-directional full inspection after different production processes.
After printing is completed, we will use special 3M tape to stick the logo several times and check whether the logo will fall off. For each batch of goods, we will repeat this inspection to ensure the quality of printing.
We do a vacuum test to check the sealing of the bottle. Fill the bottle with alcohol and put it into the machine to simulate a vacuum environment and observe if there is any leakage in the perfume bottle, if the sealing is not good, air will go into the bottle and cause leakage.
